Austin Ultimate will be running a hat tournament for Livestrong. If you'd like to play in the tournament scheduled for February 12th (registration opens on January 28th), you can sign up at the tournament website.

This year's COED Winter Hat will be hosted by the Houston's Men's Ultimate Team: Space City Ultimate. Come show your support in the.....ah, who knows what the weather will be.

Well, it's winter again and that could mean only one thing-- Indoor Ultimate. SCU is hosting Houston's 7th Annual Indoor Tournament and registration is now open.

We are very excited to officially announce the second annual Houston Antifreeze tournament, hosted by Rice Women's Ultimate. Last year, it was a great tournament, and we hope to make this year's even better. We're thinking of making it a growth tournament, with ample opportunity for both rookies and seasoned players to play. We are looking for a 10 team women's tournament, and we are also hoping to hold a skills clinic with Without Limits (details pending).

It is with sadness that I must announce HUC will not be running a winter league this season.

With the drought, this has been a difficult year for field availability, making a scarce resource even more scarce. We were able to find some fields, but they were so far from town that it made it too much trouble for many to make the trip. At the time of the deadline, there were only some ~80 people signed up, far below the 160 we needed. I want to thank those ~80 people and let everyone know that we are still planning some events for the next months.

4 on 4 (3-1 male female ratio). 8 players per team. Games to 8. Stall count to 8. These will be fast intense games on smaller fields 40 by 40 with 12 by 40 endzones. Bigger is not always better.

This year's COED Summer Hat will be hosted by the Houston's Women's Ultimate Team: Inferno. Come show your support in the hot hot heat! Four guaranteed games, delicious dinner, Disc Olympics, great facilities with sweet prizes, and your typical tourney amenities.

Space City Ultimate is hosting a tournament in August called the Houston Invite. This will be a competitive tournament that will host Elite/Open, Mixed, and Women's divisions. Below is the basic tournament info:
