This is just a reminder for some things that you should bring to each Saturday to winter league.
1. Water - more than you think you will need. This way you can share with someone who forgot to bring it. A good rule of thumb is to bring a gallon. There will be no water provided at fields.
2. Sunscreen - It doesn't have to be hot or clear skies for you to get burned. Make sure to clean the sunscreen off your hands before you handle the disc.
3. Snacks - Its not fun playing on an empty stomach.
4. Extra socks - feet feel so much better in a clean pair of socks.
And of course, you need to bring
5. White shirt and blue shirt.
6. Shorts or pants
7. cleats
8. a frisbee
Anybody else have any suggestions?
